Getting started

  1. Download the latest .dmg from the download page.
  2. Open it and drag Atlas into your Applications folder.
  3. Launch Atlas. It’s signed and notarized, so it opens with a normal double-click.

Atlas opens on the Home dashboard: a weekly Monday-to-Sunday grid in the centre, your metrics across the top, and a to-do list docked on the right. The left side panel switches between modules — Subjects, Notes, Calendar, Ingest and Graph.

To add your first task, click any day in the week, or use the + button on the to-do list. Give it a deadline and (optionally) a subject, and it appears as a coloured chip on that day.

  • Set your Pomodoro durations and daily focus goal in Settings.
  • Light or dark theme follows macOS automatically, with a manual override in Settings.
  • A global quick-add hotkey lets you capture a task from anywhere.
  • Hit a snag or have an idea? Use the Send feedback form in Settings — with an optional diagnostics log, it goes straight to the developer.
